By accessing or using Monitor Prompt (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in‑app notice. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

3. Accounts & Security

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Plans, Fees & Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non‑refundable except as required by law.

5. Usage Limits

The Service offers an "Unlimited" plan with a soft limit of 300 prompts per billing cycle to maintain platform stability. If you expect to exceed this threshold, contact support@monitorprompt.com to request additional capacity. We reserve the right to deny or condition such requests at our sole discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

• No illegal, harmful, or harassing content.
• No reverse engineering or unauthorized scraping.
• No infringing or violating third‑party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

We own all rights in the Service. You retain ownership of your prompts and outputs, subject to our license to host and process them.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, unless you opt out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

12. General

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to reflect the parties' intent; the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
